Multidimensional data modeling:  We design powerful and flexible multidimensional database models that help you track and improve performance of your key operations and marketing processes.  We map each process, such as customer acquisition or retention, identify the various elements (dimensions) that make up each process, and then determine the measures (key performance indicators) that tell you how well each process is performing. 

Data marts:  If you already have a data warehouse, we can help you make sure it’s providing the information you need to improve marketing performance.  We can set up data marts (subsets of the master data warehouse) designed exclusively for analyzing, data mining, and reporting for marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.

Data integration (ETL):  Once we’ve mapped operations and marketing processes, we analyze each source system, such as a billing center or website, to identify the data elements required for the multidimensional data models.  We design the extract, transformation and load (ETL) processes to consolidate, cleanse, standardize, and load data into the data warehouse or data mart. 

Data hygiene and merge/match:  As part of the ETL process, we can help you acquire third-party tools for merging lists, address standardization, geocoding, and data appending. 

Reporting and analysis:  We can design and automate the distribution of pre-defined reports and ad-hoc analytical templates.   We design standard and interactive reports to meet the specific needs of each group using the system (executives, managers, and analysts). 

KPIs and Performance Dashboards:  Our web portals summarize sales and marketing results in charts, maps, and KPI dashboards for senior executives.

Training:  We provide training in the implementation and use of data warehouses and business intelligence systems based on Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000 and 2005, and Panorama’s NovaView® suite of BI reporting and analysis tools.
